Can I return it for a refund if I don’t like it?
We don’t offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges on merchandise or returns for store credit. All inquiries must be made within 30 days of purchase.
How we handle returns depends on the reason for return. While we strive for 100% accuracy on all our orders, we do on occasion make a mistake and want to correct that mistake right away. Below are some common return reasons and how we handle them.
Received the wrong item – If we shipped you the wrong style, color or size, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com with your order number and what was incorrectly shipped. We will send a UPS label for you to ship the goods back to Rock Bottom, and we’ll ship the replacement goods out to you free of charge.
Defective Merchandise – If you receive a garment that has a manufacturer defect, we will send you a replacement. Please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com with your order number and what garment was defective and what the problem was. We will send a UPS label for you to ship the goods back to Rock Bottom, and we’ll ship the replacement goods out to you free of charge.
Item doesn’t fit like I thought it would – If you receive a garment and the sizing is too small or too big, we will issue you a store credit so you can obtain a replacement garment. Please note we can only replace garments that have not been altered or washed. Please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com with your order number and what garment you would like to return. We will give you an RA number. Send the garment back to us and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Once we receive the garment, we will issue you a gift certificate to use on our website to replace that garment.
No longer want the item I ordered– If you receive a garment and no longer want it, we will issue you a store credit so you can obtain a replacement garment. Please note we can only replace garments that have not been altered or washed. Please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com with your order number and what garment you would like to return. We will give you an RA number. Send the garment back to us and write the RA number on the outside of the package. Once we receive the garment, we will issue you a gift certificate to use on our website for a future order.
I never received my order – If you have not received your order and it has been more than 10 days since it shipped, please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com with your order number. We will work with our shipping partners to locate your order, and if your order cannot be located, we will send you a replacement order.
Do I have to pay to send it back to you?
It depends upon the reason that you’re returning the merchandise.
If you’re sending it back to us due to an error on our end such as the goods arriving to you in damaged condition or us sending you incorrect items, then we pay for you to send the merchandise back to us.
However, if you’re sending it back to us for a different reason we would kindly ask you to bear the cost of freight back to us please.
