Yes, all orders over $50 and shipped within the continental US are given free Economy Shipping. Additionally, orders to Alaska and Hawaii over $50 will receive a $15 discount on their shipping.

Most orders ship within 1 – 2 business days upon receipt. Style numbers that begin with the letter c ship from an alternate warehouse. Please allow an extra 2 – 3 business days for orders containing these styles to ship.
How long will my order take to reach me once it ships?
How long your order takes once it ships depends on your chosen shipping method. Our Economy Shipping (which also includes Free Shipping on orders over $50 shipped to the continental US) can take anywhere from 1 – 10 days depending on your order size and where you live. For more detailed information on transit times, please review the description of shipping methods found below.
Can you describe your different shipping methods?
Street Address Orders
Economy Shipping – Packages weighing 1 lb. or less will be sent via UPS through their Mail Innovations program. Packages will be delivered by your local mail carrier and may take up to 7 – 10 days. Additionally, due to new Mail Innovations minimums, your package may take an addtional 1-2 days to leave our facility. Please note we are unable to provide a tracking number with these orders. Packages weighing more than 1 lb. will be shipped via UPS Ground. Please refer to the UPS map below for approximate shipping times. These times are not guaranteed but instead are to serve as a guide.
3-Day Select – Items are shipped via UPS 3-Day Select and are delivered 3 business days (M – F) after shipment.
2-Day Air – Items are shipped via UPS 2nd Day Air and are delivered 2 business days (M – F) after shipment.
Next Day Air – Items are shipped via UPS Next Day Air and are delivered the next business day. Please note, we do not offer a Saturday delivery option so all orders shipped on Friday will arrive the following Monday.
What about PO Box Orders? How do they work?
We do accept orders that ship to a PO Box. Please allow 1 additional day of processing for PO Box orders.
Economy Shipping –Items are shipped via First Class mail and may take up to 7 – 10 days to arrive.
3-Day Select – Items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and take about 2 – 3 days to arrive.
2-Day Air – Please do not use this method of shipment for PO Box orders.
Next Day Air – Items are shipped via USPS Express Mail and are delivered the next day to most domestic locations.
Do you ship internationally? Will you ship to US territories or APO/FPO addresses?
At this time, we only ship to the 50 United States. We are unable to ship internationally, to US territories or to APO/FPO addresses.
To learn the status of your order:
· Log-in to your account
· Select your order
· Your Order status is the 2nd item on the order and will either be
o Approved (meaning that our system has received your order)
o Processing (meaning that your order has been sent to the warehouse for processing)
o Shipped/Completed (meaning that your order has been shipped)
· If your order is Shipped/Completed, the 3rd item down will be your tracking number and your shipment method.
o If your order shipped via UPS, copy your tracking number and visit http://www.ups.com to track your order.
o If your order shipped via USPS, copy your tracking number and visit http://www.usps.com to track your order.
o Please note tracking numbers are not provided for UPS Mail Innovations orders. If you have not received your order and it has been more than 10 days since it shipped, please contact us at customerservice@rockbottomt-shirts.com so that we may attempt to locate your order for you.
