I agree, size 3T is a must! From my experience, these shirts run up to size, but shrink a lot. I've been using them for years. Ink lays nicely. The quality is fair. But the style is my fav.

Very dissapointed in the shirt. Very thin and SMALL! The 5/6 looks more like a 2T or 3T. I ordered a size bigger than I needed based on other reviews, but it's still too small.

These tees are thinner and run VERY small. Be sure to order up AT LEAST one full size if not more. They are cute - we like the lettuce edge. Great price and a great basic.

The 2T is TINY, more like a 12 mo. 4T is like a 2T, the 5/6 is truer to size. Shirts are thin & okay for embroidery if your not doing dense stitches. Use extra stabilizer, b/c they really stretch. Love the cut & lettuce edge for girls, just wish the quality & size were better.

Love these shirts but they run VERY small. My daughter usally wears a 2T (sometimes a 3T) so to be safe I bought her a 4T in the black, after I washed and dried it, it fit her perfect...but without the review I would have never purchased her a 4T. Overall I would buy it again, because they work great for my crafting.
